As per the regulatory filing of SBC Exports issued as on January 24, 2025, βwe wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on Friday, 24th January, 2025 has considered, recommended and approved the Issue of Bonus Shares in the ratio of 1:2 i.e., 1 Equity Share for every 2 equity shares held by the existing equity shareholder of the Company as on Record Date to be fixed in the meantime. The bonus issue of equity shares is subject to the approval of the shareholders through Postal Ballot, and any other applicable statutory and regulatory approvals, as may be required.β

The company today announced its standalone revenue from operations for the quarter ended December 31, 2024 to Rs 50.02 crore, indicating a growth of 4.64% as compared to Rs 47.80 crore declared in the similar quarter of last year, according to the BSE filing. The standalone total income of the company jumped to Rs 54.09 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2024 from Rs 48.55 crore on December 31, 2023. The earning per share of SBC Exports stood at Rs 0.10 for December 2024 quarter from Rs 0.13 in December 2023. Total standalone profit surged to Rs 3.27 crore for the quarter under review from Rs 2.83 crore in December 2023.
