ABB India today declared a jump of 56.03% year-on-year (YoY) in it net profit to Rs 528.41 crore for the quarter ended December 2024 as against the net profit of Rs 338.66 crore declared in the corresponding quarter of last year. Last trading price of ABB India shares on BSE stood At Rs 5241.20 apiece. The company has a market cap of Rs 1,11,065.42 crore. Its return on equity (ROE) stood at Rs 26.52%. ABB India Recommends Dividend
As per the exchange filing of the company dated Feb 17, 2025, “recommendation of final dividend of Rs. 33.50 per share (Rupees Thirty-Three and Fifty Paise only), i.e., (1,675%) on 21,19,08,375 Equity Shares of face value of Rs.2/- each fully paid up for the financial year ended December 31, 2024, subject to shareholders’ approval at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.”
It is worth mentioning that the company never recommended any bonus share till date.
ABB India Q4 Results
The declared its revenue for the quarter ended December 31, 2024 at Rs 3365 crore, up 22% as against Rs 2757 crore reported in the similar quarter of last year. Meanwhile, the profit before tax announced at Rs 705 crore for the quarter under review as against Rs 454 crore reported in the year ago quarter.
