According to the exchange filing of Foseco India dated Feb 19, 2025, “we wish to inform you that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of Foseco India Limited (the Company) will be held on Friday, February 28, 2025, inter alia, to approve and take on record the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended December 31, 2024 and also to consider, if thought fit, to recommend the final dividend for the financial year ended December 31, 2024.” The company has not yet fixed the record date for final dividend.
