As per the exchange filing of Richfield Financial Services dated January 17, 2024, “this is further to our letter dated December 20, 2024 and January 13, 2025, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on December 20, 2024 has fixed Friday, February 14, 2025 as the “Record Date” to determine the eligibility of shareholders for issuance of the Bonus Shares. The allotment is subject to the approval of shareholders in the Extra Ordinary General meeting scheduled to be held on February 10, 2025.”
