The initial public offer (IPO) of Denta Water And Infra Solutions finalised the subscription on January 24, 2025 with an overwhelming oversubscription of 221.68 times. Non-Institutional Investors (NII) category was subscribed 507.27 times, Qualified Institutional Buyers at 236.9 times and retail investors received 90.56 times subscription, according to reports.
Prior to the opening of the issue, the IPO had reportedly raised 66.15 crore from anchor investors on January 21, 2025.

Meanwhile, the shares allotment of Denta Water and Infra Solutions has already been concluded on January 27, 2025. Earlier, Denta Water and Infra Solutions’ IPO bidding began from January 22, 2025 and came to an end on January 24, 2025. It is worth mentioning that the IPO is expected to be listed on Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and National Stock Exchange (NSE) with a precise listing date set for Wednesday i.e. January 29, 2025. The price band of Denta Water IPO has been fixed at Rs 279 to Rs 294 apiece.

Meanwhile, the minimum lot size for an application remains at 50. On the other hand, minimum investment amount from retail investors is Rs 14,700. Minimum lot size investment for sNII or small non-institutional investor is 14 lots or 700 shares that will amount to Rs 2,05,800. For bNII or big non-institutional investors, the minimum lot size is 69 lots or 3450 shares that will amount to Rs 10,14,300.
