Denta Water Share Price Today: Denta Water and Infra Solutions Ltd shares witnessed strong rally in trade today soon after making debut on the bourses today. The scrip opened at Rs 330.00 per share on Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and at Rs 325.00 apiece on National Stock Exchange (NSE). The stock made its debut on BSE with a premium of 12.24% and 10.54% on NSE, respectively. Current trading price of Denta Water shares on BSE is Rs 346.45 per share and Rs 341.25 apiece on NSE.

The scrip hit 52-week high and upper circuit on BSE and NSE. Shares of the company gained 5% each on the bourses on January 29, 2025. The company has a market capitalisation of Rs 925.02 crore on BSE and Rs 911.14 crore on NSE. The company is engaged in the industry of water supply & management.

Prior to making its debut on BSE and NSE, shares of Denta Water managed to capture sufficient interest of investors in the grey market. the IPO was reportedly subscribed 221.54 times. The last GMP of Denta was Rs 73 (as on January 29, 2025) that indicated a likely listing price of Rs 367 apiece. It indicated a 24.83% premium over the upper price band of Rs 294 apiece.
Prior to the opening of the issue, the IPO had reportedly raised 66.15 crore from anchor investors on January 21, 2025.
Non-Institutional Investors (NII) category was subscribed 507.27 times, Qualified Institutional Buyers at 236.9 times and retail investors received 90.56 times subscription, as per reports.
The shares allotment of Denta Water and Infra Solutions was concluded on January 27, 2025. Earlier, Denta Water and Infra Solutions’ IPO bidding began from January 22, 2025 and came to an end on January 24, 2025.
