According to the regulatory filing of CPCL dated April 18, 2025, โ€œA Board Meeting of the Company is scheduled on Friday, 25th April 2025, inter alia, to consider and approve the Standalone and Consolidated audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Year ended 31st March 2025. It is also hereby informed that Board may consider declaration of dividend for the financial year 2024-25, if any, at the aforesaid Board Meeting.โ€ The PSU has yet to announce the record date for dividend.
