KP Energy Ltd Share price likely to react on Monday after the company issued fresh update on its 2.8 MW wind power project. K P Energy Share Price witnessed decline of 1.92% on Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) to settle at Rs 408.15 per share. The power generation industry stock hit 2nd consecutive upper circuit on February 20, 2025. The scrip offered eye-catching returns of 782.68% in last 3-years.

Meanwhile, the company’s market capitalisation stood at Rs 2,721.95 crore and its return on equity is 39.11%. KP Energy Issues Update On 2.8 MW Wind Power Project

As per the exchange filing of KP Energy dated Feb 22, 2025, “we are pleased to inform that, KP Energy has successfully commissioned further 2.8 MW wind power project consisting of one number of wind turbine generator, at Vagra Site in Bharuch.”

With the present commissioning, the Company’s total independent power producer (IPP) capacity now stands at 48.5 MW, added the exchange filing.

The 52-week high price of KP Energy shares on BSE stood at Rs 673.75 per share (as on 11/12/2024) and 52-week low price is Rs 310.00 per share (as on 20/03/2024), respectively. The BSE smallcap stock witnessed steep fall of 24.48% year-to-date, gained a little over 1% in last 1-year, and offered impressive returns of 599.01% in last 2-years. The stock delivered highest returns in last 5-years as it jumped 2127.89%.

KP Energy Dividend History

The company recommended a total of 15 dividends since 2017. In last 1-year, it declared an equity dividend amounting to Re 0.60 per share. In 2025, only the stock recommended an interim dividend of Re 0.20 per share with ex-dividend date fixed as Feb 18, 2025.
