Large cap maharatna company Oil India Ltd shares today surged 2.35% on Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) to settle at Rs 405.15 per share. Board of Directors of the state-owned company will hold meeting on February 7, 2025 to consider and approve financial results, according to its January 28, 2025 BSE filing. The company today informed BSE that its Board will also consider declaration of second interim dividend in the same meeting. The record date is yet to be declared.

Oil India To Consider Financial Results
As per the January 28, 2025 exchange filing of the PSU, “Notice is hereby given that the Board Meeting of the Company has been scheduled on Friday,0Tth February,2025, inter-alia to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Nine-months ended 31st December,2024 on Stapdalone and Consolidated basis.”
Oil India To Consider Declaration of 2nd interim Dividend
The company issued an update today stating, “Further to our notice of even no. dated 28.01-2025, it is hereby informed that the Board of Directors of the Company may inter-alia consider declaration of Second Interim Dividend, if any, for the Financial Year 2024-25, in its meeting scheduled to be held on Friday, 07th February,2025.”
Oil India Dividend Yield
The PSU recommended a total of 37 dividends since February 10, 2010. In last 1-year, Oil India announced an equity dividend amounting to Rs 14.00 per share. At the current share price of Rs 405.15 apiece, it offers a dividend yield of 3.45%. Adjusting for Bonus/Splits, its dividend yield stood at 2.75%, according to Trendlyne.
