Multi Commodity Exchange of India Ltd share price today on Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) settled with the decline of 1.09% to Rs 5999.25 per share. The company today declared its Q4FY25 results and recommended final dividend as well. Board of Directors of MCX today declared a final dividend of Rs 30/- per equity share of the face value of Rs 10/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2025. The company has yet to declare record date for dividend. Meanwhile, the firm announced a jump of 54.16% year-on-year (YoY) in its net profit to Rs 135.46 crore as against Rs 87.87 crore announced in the corresponding quarter of last year.

The company has a market capitalisation of Rs 30,595.20 crore. The stock offers a return on equity of 21.18%. MCX Recommends Final Dividend

According to the exchange filing of MCX dated May 8, 2025, β€œRecommended a final dividend of Rs 30/- per equity share (face value of Rs.10/- each) for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2025. This proposal is subject to approval of shareholders at the ensuing 23rd Annual General Meeting of the Company.” The date of 23rd Annual General Meeting, the record date to determine the eligibility of shareholders for payment of dividend and the date of payment/dispatch of dividend shall be intimated subsequently, added the exchange filing.

MCX Q4 Results

The company declared its total income for Q4FY25 at Rs 320.49 crore as against Rs 199.45 crore declared in Q4FY24. Total expense surged to Rs 152.96 crore for the quarter under consideration from Rs 92.96 crore reported in Q4FY24. Profit before tax for Q4FY25 surged to Rs 168.29 crore from Rs 108.39 crore. Meanwhile, the company announced its Earning Per Share (EPS) for Q4FY25 jumped to Rs 25.56 from Rs 17.23 declared in the similar quarter of last year.
