MRF Recommends Final Dividend
According to the regulatory filing of the company dated May 07, 2025, βThe Board of Directors have recommended a final dividend of Rs 229/- (2290%) per share of Rs.10 each. The Company has already declared and paid two interim dividends of Rs.3/ – (30%) each per share for the financial year ended 3pt March, 2025. The total dividend for the financial year ended 3pt March 2025 works out to Rs. 235/- (2350%) per share of Rs.10 each.β
MRF Announces New Appointment
The company also announced appointment of Messrs Elangovan & Associates, (FRN: P2025TN104500), Practising Company Secretaries, Chennai as Secretarial Auditors of the Company, based on the recommendation of the audit committee, for a period of five consecutive years commencing from FY 2025-26, subject to approval of the shareholders of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
MRF Q4FY25 Results
The company declared its revenue from operations at Rs 7074.82 crore for Q4FY25 as against Rs 6349.36 crore reported in Q4FY24. Total income of the company surged to Rs 7187.60 crore from Rs 6,443.17 crore. Total expenses for the quarter under review stood at Rs 6526.87 crore as against Rs 5915.83 crore. Meanwhile, profit after tax declared at Rs 512.11 crore for Q4FY25 as compared to Rs 396.11 crore announced in Q4FY24. Earning per share (eps) jumped to Rs 1207.48 for the quarter under consideration from Rs 933.97 for Q4FY24.
