Nestle India Share Price: Board Approves Rs 14.25/Share Dividend, Shares Rally

Large cap FMCG giant Nestle India Ltd shares today surged by more than 4% on Bombay Stock Exchange after the firm declared quarterly results and recommended 2nd interim dividend. Current market price of Nestle India shares on BSE stood at Rs 2321.05 per share. The Board of Directors of Nestle today recommended a second interim dividend of Rs 14.25 per equity share of the face value of Re 1/- each. The company has a market capitalisation of Rs 2,23,650.72 crore.

Nestle India Recommends Dividend

As per the exchange filing of Nestle India dated January 31, 2025, β€œsecond Interim Dividend of Rs. 14.25/- (Rupees fourteen and paisa twenty-five only) per equity share of the face value of Re. 1/- (Rupee one only) each for the Financial Year 2024-25 on the entire issued, subscribed and paid-up share capital of the Company of 964,157,160 equity shares, which will be paid on and from 27th February 2025 to those members whose names appear in the Register of Members of the Company or in the Register of Beneficial Owners maintained by the Depositories.

Nestle India Sets Record Date For Interim Dividend

The exchange filing added, β€œthe Record Date fixed for the purpose i.e. 7th February 2025, as already intimated to the Stock Exchanges.”

The 52-week high price of Nestle India shares on BSE is Rs 2777.00 per share (as on 27/09/2024) and 52-week low price is Rs 2131.50 per share (as on 29/01/2025), respectively.
