Large cap Maharatna public sector undertaking (PSU) GAIL India share price declined 2.59% on Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) to Rs 186.30 per share as Sensex plummeted 155.77 points to 80,641. The company informed its shareholders today about its upcoming meeting of Board of Directors scheduled to be held on May 13, 2025 to consider financial results and final dividend. Earlier, the PSU approved interim dividend of Rs 6.50 per share on January 30, 2025 and fixed Feb 07, 2025 as the record date. Share price of GAIL surged 5.43% in last 1-month and slipped 5.74% in last 1-year. The market capitalisation stood at Rs 1,22,526.98 crore with return on equity at 10.80%. According to the exchange filing of the PSU dated May 6, 2025, โ€œPursuant to SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, it is to inform that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on Tuesday, 13th May, 2025 to inter-alia, consider the Audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the quarter and FY ended 31st March, 2025 and also to consider recommendation of Final Dividend, if any, for FY 2024-25.โ€
