Large cap IT Software sector company Oracle Financial Services Software (OFSS) share price today slipped 1.75% intraday on Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) to Rs 8607.65 per share. The Board of Directors of OFSS today recommended highest ever dividend of Rs 265 per equity share of the face value of Rs 5/- each. The company fixed May 8, 2025 as the record date for dividend. OFSS share price zoomed 14=3.66% in last 2-week. Meanwhile, the company declared its consolidated net income at Rs 2380 crore, up 7% year-on-year as against Rs 2219 crore reported in the corresponding quarter of last year.

Meanwhile, total revenue of the company stood at Rs 6847 crore, indicating a jump of 7% as compared to Rs 6373 crore announced in the similar quarter of last year. Meanwhile, operating income for Q4FY25 stood at Rs 3007 crore, up 12% from Rs 2680 crore declared in Q4FY24. Meanwhile, the EPS of OFSS rallied to 274.27 for Q4FY25 from Rs 256.39 declared in Q4FY24.

Oracle Financial Services Software Recommended Interim Dividend

According to the exchange filing of the company dated April 25, 2025, β€œApproved an Interim Dividend for the financial year 2024-25 of Rs. 265/- per equity share of face value of Rs. 5/- each.” The Interim Dividend will be paid on or before Saturday, May 17, 2025 to the Shareholders whose names appear on the list of members of the Company as at the close of business on Thursday, May 8, 2025.” The previous highest dividend that OFSS declared was Rs 240.00 per share announced in 2024.
