Transformers And Rectifiers Issues Bonus Allotment Update, FII/FPI Stake Zooms

Transformers And Rectifiers (India) Ltd shares today hit lower circuit on Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and registered decline of 4.99% to Rs 382.70 per share. The stock witnessed spurt in volume by more than 1.17 times today. The company today issued bonus allotment update on 1:1 bonus share that the company had recommended. The market cap of the firm stood at Rs 11,487.35 crore. Its return on equity (ROE) is 13.54%.

It is worth mentioning here that the stock saw a steep dip of 15.52% in last 1-week but shares offered impressive returns in 3-digit in last 1-year with gain of 129.33%. TRIL Declares Update On Bonus Share Allotment

As per the exchange filing of the company dated Feb 17, 2025, “we hereby inform that the Allotment Committee of Board of Directors of Transformers and Rectifiers (India) Limited (the “Company”) at its meeting held today i.e., 17th February, 2025, has allotted 150082917 fully paid-up Bonus Equity Shares of the face value of Re.1/- each in the ratio 1:1 to the eligible members of the Company whose names appeared in the Register of Members / Register of the Beneficial Owners, as on Friday, 14th February, 2025, the ‘Record Date’ fixed for this purpose.”

Earlier, the Allotment Committee of the Company fixed Friday, 14th February, 2025 as the “Record Date” to determine the eligibility of shareholders for the purpose of allotment of 150082917 Bonus Equity Shares of Re.1/- each in the ratio of 1:1.
