According to the exchange filing of the company dated March 25, 2025, βIn continuation to our intimation dated February 10, 2025 regarding the recommendation of payment of Final Dividend to the Equity Shareholders of the Company, the Board of Directors fixed Friday, April 4, 2025 as the Record Date, for the purpose of ascertaining eligibility of Equity Shareholders entitled for receipt of Final Dividend of Rs.0.50/- per Equity Share of face value of Rs. 2/- each for the Financial Year ended December 31, 2024.β
