Navratna public sector undertaking (PSU) Housing & Urban Development Corporation shares (HUDCO) informed today about its upcoming meeting of Board of Directors scheduled to take place on May 7, 2025 to consider financial results and final dividend. HUDCO share price slipped 1.37% to Rs 224.00 per share on Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE). However, HUDCO stock price witnessed impressive jump of 357.88% in last 2-years. The PSU has a market capitalisation of Rs 44,842.56 crore with return on equity stood at 17.05%. Life Insurance Corporation Of India (LIC) has stake of 7.08% with 141,656,287 shares of the firm. According to the BSE filing of the company dated April 30, 2025, β€œWe wish to inform you that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, 7th May, 2025 inter-alia:

  1. To consider and approve the Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for quarter & year ended 31st March, 2025; and

HUDCO Previous Dividend In 2025

Board of Directors of the PSU on March 10, 2025 considered and approved declaration of Second Interim Dividend of Rs. 1.05/- per equity share, i.e. @ 10.50% (subject to deduction of TDS) on the face value of Rs. 10/- each, for the Financial Year 2024-25. It set March 14, 2025 as Record date for determining the eligibility of shareholders for payment of Interim Dividend.

HUDCO Financials Compared With Peer Group

The company announced its profit after tax (PAT) for December quarter at Rs 688.62 crore. In comparison, PFC for the similar quarter announced its PAT at Rs 2,075.84 crore, RECLTD announced a PAT of 1,274.56 crore, and IFCI reported its PAT at Rs -37.66 crore.
