The initial public offer of HP Telecom India opened for subscription on February 20, 2025 and will close on February 24, 2025. The Gujarat-based company seeks to raise 34.23 crore from primary market via IPO. The IPO is a fresh issue of 31.69 lakh shares. Meanwhile, allotment for HP Telecom India is likely to get finalised by February 25, 2025. It will list on NSE SME platform with expected listing date set as February 28, 2025.
It worth mentioning that the IPO price is fixed at Rs 108 per share. Meanwhile, minimum lot size for an application remains 1200 while minimum amount requirement by retail investors is Rs 1,29,600. On the other hand, minimum lot size for HNI remains at 2 lots or 2400 shares that will amount to Rs 2,59,200. The initiation of refunds date is Feb 27, credit of shares to demat will take place on Feb 27, and the cut-off time for UPI mandate confirmation is Feb 25 (5 pm).

The IPO has been subscribed 1.26 times, as per latest reports available. In the retail segment, the public issue subscribed 1.06 times, 1.45 times in the NII segment, and nil in QIB. As per data available on NSE, investors bid for 39.16 lakh equity shares in a span of just 2-days as against the offer size of 31.69 lakh shares.

The grey market premium or GMP of the IPO is nil as of now as per latest update available at 9:50 pm. With the price band of Rs 108 per share, the IPO’s likely listing price is Rs 108 (cap price + latest GMP). The likely percentage of gain or loss is 0.00%, according to investorgain.com. HP Telecom India reportedly reserved 50% of the net offer size for retail investors and remaining half for other investors.
