According to the BSE filing of Tata Investment Corporation dated May 12, 2025, โPursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Register of Members and the Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Wednesday, June 11, 2025 to Wednesday, June 18, 2025 (both days inclusive) for taking record of the Members of the Company for the purpose of the 88th Annual General Meeting (AGM) and payment of dividend subject to tax deducted at source, if approved by the Members of the Company at the AGM. The dividend, if approved by the members at the ensuing AGM will be paid on or after Wednesday, July 2, 2025.โ The 88th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Tata Investment will be held on July 1, 2025.

The company on April 21 reported a fall of 37.7% year-on-year (YoY) to Rs 37.7 crore for Q4FY25 as against Rs 60.5 crore reported in the corresponding quarter of last year, according to the exchange filing. Its revenue from operations slipped by 71.2% to Rs 16.4 crore as compared to Rs 57 crore declared in the similar quarter of last year. It is worth noting that Tata Son has 68.5% stake in Tata Investment Corporation. Meanwhile, Tata Power has 1.57% stake, Tata Chemicalโs stood at 0.87%, Tata Steel owns 0.45%, and Tata Consumerโs stood at 0.29% stake in Tata Investment Corporation.
