Akzo Nobel India shares gained 39.35% in last 1-year and zoomed over 9% in last 3-months. The company today declared its net profit attributable to owners of the company to Rs 112.2 crore, indicating a jump of 4.76% Year-On-Year (YoY) for Q4FY25 as compared to Rs 107.1 crore declared in the corresponding quarter of last year. Akzo Nobel India Recommends Final Dividend
According to the BSE filing of the company dated May 14, 2025, βRecommended Final Dividend of Rs. 30/- (Rupees Thirty only) per equity share for the Financial Year 2024-25. The said Final Dividend would be paid once approved by the shareholders at the forthcoming 71st Annual General Meeting of the Company. The total dividend for the said financial year aggregates to Rs. 100/- (Rupees One Hundred only) per share, including Interim Dividend of Rs. 70/- (Rupees Seventy only) per share as per share, including Interim Dividend of Rs. 70/- (Rupees Seventy only) per share as declared by the Board on 7th November 2024 which was paid subsequently.β
Akzo Nobel Sets Record Date For Final Dividend
The exchange filing added, βFixed Friday, 25th July 2025 as the Record Date for determining entitlement of members to Final Dividend for the Financial Year ended 31st March 2025. A member, whose name is recorded in the Register of Members or in the Register of Beneficial Owners maintained by the Depositories as on the close of business hours of Friday, 25th July 2025, shall be entitled to the said dividend. The Final Dividend, if approved by the shareholders at the 71st AGM, would be paid on/around 28th August 2025.β
Akzo Nobel India Q4FY25 Results
The paint sector stock declared its revenue from operations jumped to Rs 1022.1 crore for Q4FY25 as compared to Rs 973.4 crore declared in Q4FY24. The company announced its total income for the quarter under review rallied to Rs 1024.9 crore from Rs 983.7 crore reported in Q4FY24. Total expenses of the company stood at Rs 887.3 crore for Q4FY25 as compared to Rs 836.7 crore.
