Apollo Tyres Ltd share price on Wednesday rallied marginally by 0.54% to Rs 475.25 per share on Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE). The company today declared its financial results and recommended dividend. The tyres sector stock today recommended a dividend of Rs 5.00 per equity share on the face value of Re 1 each for FY25. Apollo Tyres shares delivered returns of 15.02% in last 3-months and soared over 413% in last 5-years. The company has a market capitalisation of Rs 30,183.17 crore and offers a return on equity of 6.65%. Meanwhile, the company today declared a decline of 47.88% year-on-year (YoY) in its consolidated net profit to Rs 184.5 crore for Q4FY25 as against the net profit of Rs 354.0 crore reported in Q4FY24. Apollo Tyres Recommends Dividend
According to the BSE filing of Apollo Tyres dated May 14, 2025, โRecommended the Dividend of Rs. 5.00 per Equity Share (i.e. 500%) on face value of Re. 1 each for FY25, subject to the approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company, which shall be paid/ dispatched on or before 30 days from the conclusion of the AGM.โ The company has yet to announce the record date for dividend.
Apollo Tyres Declares Q4F25 Results
The company declared its revenue from operations for Q4FY25 at Rs 6423.5 crore as compared to Rs 6258.2 crore reported in the corresponding quarter of last year. The companyโs total income announced at Rs 6451.1 crore for Q4FY25 as against Rs 6332.5 crore reported in similar quarter of last year. Total expenses of the company surged to Rs 6072.6 crore for Q4FY25 from Rs 5732.8 crore reported in Q4FY24. Earning per share of the company slipped to Rs 2.91 for Q4FY25 from Rs 5.58 for Q4FY24.
The company announced appointment of M/s. DMK Associates, Company Secretaries in Practice as Secretarial Auditor of the Company, on the recommendation of the Audit Committee, for a period of 5 (five) consecutive years commencing from FY26 to FY30 subject to approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing AGM. It also declared appointment of Mr. Prateek Rastogi as the Internal Auditor of the Company, on the recommendation of the Audit Committee, w.e.f. May 14, 2025, added the exchange filing.
