Cipla share price today surged marginally by 0.18% to Rs 1514.75 per share on Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) as the company declared its financial results and recommended final dividend and special dividend. The stock gained 3.65% in last 1-month and soared 165.96% in last 5-years. The company today declared a jump of 30.12% year-on-year (YoY) in its consolidated net profit attributable to shareholders of the company to Rs 1221.84 crore for Q4FY25 as against Rs 939.04 crore declared in the corresponding quarter of last year. Meanwhile, the pharma giant recommended a final dividend of Rs 13/- per equity share and special dividend of Rs 3/- per equity share. Cipla Recommends Final, Special Dividend
The Board of Directors of the Company also recommended a final dividend of INR 13/- per equity share for the financial year ended 31st March, 2025 and a special dividend of INR 3/- per equity share on the occasion of completing 90 years of the Company, taking the total dividend to INR 16/- per equity share (face value INR 2 each). The dividend, upon approval by the shareholders, will be paid to shareholders within 30 days from the date of the Annual General Meeting. The record date for the purpose of payment of final dividend, if declared, shall be 27th June, 2025.
Cipla Q4FY25 Results
The company announced its total revenue from operations for Q4FY25 jumped to Rs 6729.69 crore from Rs 6163.24 crore reported in Q4FY24. The total income of the firm zoomed to Rs 7019.15 crore for the quarter under review from Rs 6412.57 crore. On the other hand, total expenses stood at Rs 5,514.85 crore for Q4FY25 from Rs 5,153.31 crore declared in Q4FY24. The earning per share or EPS zoomed to Rs 15.13 for quarter under consideration from Rs 11.63 in Q4FY24.

The 52-week high price of Cipla shares on BSE stood at Rs 1702.00 per share (as on 09/10/2024) and 52-week low price is Rs 1310.05 per share (as on 07/04/2025), respectively. Shares of Cipla slipped 0.94% year-to-date, surged 7.19%, and offered returns of 62.21% in last 2-years.
