Board of Directors of Sanofi India Ltd today recommended a final dividend of Rs 117/- per equity share of the face value of Rs 10 each for the financial year ended December 31, 2024. The record date for final dividend is yet to be declared. Last trading price of Sanofi India shares on Bombay Stock Exchange stood at Rs 4996.75 per share with intraday fall of 1.24%. The company has a market capitalisation of Rs 11,507.52 crore.

Sanofi India Recommends Final Dividend

According to the BSE filing of Sanofi India dated Feb 27, 2025, “recommended a final dividend of Rs 117/- per equity share of the face value of Rs 10 each for the Financial Year ended 31st December 2024, subject to the approval of Shareholders at the ensuing 69 th Annual General Meeting.”

Sanofi India Declares Financial Results

According to the BSE filing of the company, “the Company was able to increase its operating profit (*) in Q4-2024 by 21% vs Q4-2023 The Profit from Operations for Q4-2024 was at INR 108 crores versus INR 90 crores Q4-2023. The Company continues to make good progress on its ‘India for India’ strategy through go-tomarket initiatives, improving operating efficiency and promoting innovation.”

Rodolfo Hrosz, Managing Director, Sanofi India Limited said, ““in a year of significant transformation for the company, we have successfully brought to market Soliqua® – our best-in-class diabetes drug for the premix segment, which has received encouraging acceptance. Our efforts of reaching more HCPs through partnerships for the Cardiovascular and CNS (Central Nervous System) categories have advanced as planned, with initial promising results. We will continue to focus on driving further improvement in operating efficiencies while expanding the availability of established and innovative products in India.”

The company declared its standalone revenue from operations for the quarter ended December 2024 at Rs 514.9 crore as against Rs 469.2 crore declared in the corresponding quarter of last year. The standalone total income of the pharmaceuticals sector company announced its total income for the December 2024 quarter at Rs 520.8 crore as compared to Rs 478.6 crore declared in December 2023 quarter. Meanwhile, profit from continuing operations stood at Rs 91.3 crore for the quarter under review as against Rs 69.7 crore in the similar quarter of last year.

It posted its profit for December 2024 quarter at Rs 91.3 crore as against Rs 137.7 crore announced in the similar quarter of last year.

The company recommended a total of 46 dividends since 2003. It announced a dividend of Rs 167 per share in last 1-year. Sanofi maintains a dividend yield of 3.35%.
