Renowed budget airline company Spicejet Ltd shares will remain in focus today as the Board of Directors of the company will declare results today. Last trading price of Spicejet shares on Bombay Stock Exchange is Rs 46.41 per share with intraday gain of 1.31% as on February 21, 2025. Meanwhile, the company has a market cap of Rs 5948.30 crore. The stock offers a return on equity (ROE) of 17.95%.

The scrip witnessed gain of more than 6% in last 1-week and managed to outperform the market. In the same tenure, BSE Sensex slipped 0.83%. Spicejet shares declined 29.23% in last 1-year and gained over 24% in last 2-years. Check key details below:

Spicejet To Announce Q2 & Q3 Results

As per the exchange filing of the company dated Feb 20, 2025, “this is to inform you that meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 25, 2025 (Tuesday), inter-alia, to consider and approve:

(a) The un-audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the second quarter ended September 30, 2024; and

(b) The un-audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the third quarter ended December 31, 2024.”

Spicejet Settled Disputes With Vendors

Earlier last year, Spicejet said it had sorted out the $23.39 million row with Aircastle and Wilmington Trust & SP Services as the company agreed to pay $ 5 million. It disclosed that settlement was accomplished via cordial negotiations outside of court.

The airline firm also resolved its row with several leasing companies that included Babcock & Brown. It consisted of a $131.85 million clash with lessors namely Horizon Aviation 1 Ltd., Horizon II Aviation 3 Ltd., and Horizon III Aviation.

Before the aforementioned settlements, Spicejet on September 24, 2024 sorted out its row with Engine Lease Finance Corporation which had earlier claimed $16.7 million. Meanwhile, a spicejet arrived at the settlement for an undisclosed lesser amount.

The 52-week high price of Spicejet shares on BSE is Rs 79.90 per share (as on 16/09/2024) and 52-week low price is Rs 39.91 per share (as on 18/02/2025), respectively. Spicejet shares witnessed fall of 17.74% year-to-date, declined 29.23% in last 1-year, and fell 26.74% in last 3-years. The stock fell again by over 50% in last 5-years and underperformed the market. During the similar tenure, BSE Sensex surged 82.93%.
