Marico Declares Final Dividend
The company in its BSE filing dated May 2, 2025 stated, “Recommended final equity dividend for the financial year 2024-25 of Rs. 7.00/- per equity share of Re. 1 each, subject to approval of shareholders at the ensuing 37th Annual General Meeting (“AGM”). The record date for reckoning the list of shareholders entitled to receive the final dividend shall be Friday, August 1, 2025. The said dividend, if approved by shareholders will be paid on or before Sunday, September 7, 2025. Together with the interim dividend of Rs 3.50/- per equity share declared on January 31, 2025, the total dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2025, amounts to Rs. 10.50/- per equity share of Re 1 each.”
Marico Q4 Results
The company today declared its net profit attributable to owners at Rs 343 crore, up 7.86% year-on-year (YoY) for Q4FY25 from Rs 318 crore declared in Q4FY24. The company declared its revenue from operations at Rs 2730 crore for Q4FY25 as compared to Rs 2278 crore declared in the corresponding quarter of last year. Meanwhile, total income of Marico jumped to Rs 2777 crore for the quarter under review from Rs 2293 crore reported in Q4FY24. On the other hand, Marico announced its total expenses for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 at Rs 2,336 crore from Rs 1894 crore declared in the similar quarter of last year. Earning per shares for Q4FY25 surged to Rs 2.65 from Rs 2.46 in Q4FY24.
