As per the exchange filing of the company dated February 12, 2025, “this is to inform that the Allotment Committee of the Company has fixed Friday, 14th February, 2025 as the “Record Date” to determine the eligibility of shareholders for the purpose of allotment of 150082917 Bonus Equity Shares of Re.1/- each in the ratio of 1:1. This means that for every i.e. 1 (one) existing fully paid-up equity share of Re. 1/- each held, shareholders will receive 1 (one) new fully paid-up bonus equity share of Re. 1/- each.”
